There is one skill that appears in practically every job advert: Excellent communications skills. And rightly so. It’s effective communications that enables us to express ourselves, connect, build relationships, and share and advance our ideas. So enhancing and mastering communications skills is key for everyone.
In this interactive workshop participants will explore different communications styles, their respective strengths and weaknesses and how being more mindful of potential differences can help us communicate more effectively with a wider range of people.
Participants will leave with a better understanding of their own natural communications style and an appreciation of other communication preferences.
This session is run by leadership consultant and coach Karin Mueller, founder and managing director of Liebfrog .
