Our Career Coaches:

SATU KREULA
Satu is an executive and personal career coach working primarily with professionals and executives who work internationally. She has been with FOCUS since 2005, and she works with both assignees and their spouses on all career related matters from what to do next to mock interviews. Satu is originally from Finland, but she grew up in Brazil and the US, and she has been living in London since 1999.

PATRICIA KEENER
Patricia is a career coach and training consultant. For the past sixteen years, she has worked with international businesses using training, workshop and coaching techniques to help clients integrate successfully into other cultures, develop their interpersonal skills, progress their career development and improve their business effectiveness.  She is American but has lived in the UK since 1997.

RICK FURNO
For over 17 years, Rick has worked in corporate training and development, international education and for the US State Department’s Global Employment Initiative at the US Embassy in London assisting diplomatic family members in their short and long term career goals. Rick is originally from Erie, Pennsylvania, USA, has lived in the UK since 1992, and previously studied and conducted academic research for two years in Denmark.
